By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
BINDING AGREEMENT
These terms form a binding agreement between you and CardCare Solution. Using our services means you accept these terms.

Our Services
CardCare Solution provides professional PVC card printing services. We convert customer-provided valid documents into durable PVC card format. Our services include:
PVC card printing of government-issued ID documents
Custom and business ID card design and printing
Card accessories — holders, lanyards, YoYo clips, and more
Bulk order services for CSC operators, businesses, and organisations
NOT A GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY
We do not issue, authenticate, or create original government documents. We only print PVC versions of documents already issued by official authorities.

Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you confirm that:
You are the rightful owner of the document you are submitting for printing
The document provided is valid, authentic, and government-issued
All information provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete
You are 18 years of age or above, or are ordering under parental or guardian supervision

Payment Terms
All payments must be completed in full before your order is processed and printing begins.
We accept UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, online bank transfer, and cash for walk-in customers
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final
Shipping charges are additional and displayed clearly at checkout
Bulk orders may be subject to advance payment requirements

Customer Document Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of the documents you submit.
Submitting forged, tampered, or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and illegal
Submitting documents belonging to another person without their consent is prohibited
We reserve the right to refuse any order if the submitted document appears unclear, invalid, or suspicious
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
CardCare Solution is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the misuse of documents or PVC cards by the customer.

Printing Quality
We strive to deliver the highest quality print for every order. However, the final print quality depends on the quality of the document you provide.
Blurry, low-resolution, or poorly lit documents may result in a lower quality print output
Minor colour variation between screen and print is natural and not considered a defect
We print exactly what is in the document you provide — no alterations are made to the content

Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement provided printing has not yet commenced. Once printing has started, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. Refunds are issued only in cases of printing errors on our part or non-fulfilment of orders for reasons attributable to us.
We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after printing. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location across West Bengal. Shipping charges are applicable and will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Accurate and complete delivery address is the customer's responsibility
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by courier services or external factors

Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for any of the following:
Creating, printing, or reproducing forged or fraudulent documents of any kind
Misrepresenting the PVC card as an original government-issued document
Printing documents belonging to another person without their explicit written consent
Any activity that violates Indian law or the laws of West Bengal
Reselling our printed cards for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
LEGAL ACTION
Any misuse of our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes will result in immediate cancellation of the order and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability
CardCare Solution shall not be held liable for:
Any loss or damage resulting from incorrect or fraudulent documents submitted by the customer
Delivery delays or failures caused by courier services, postal services, or external circumstances
Misuse of the PVC card by the customer after delivery
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Changes to These Terms
CardCare Solution reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
