When Can You Cancel?
Orders can be cancelled within 2
hours of placement, provided that printing has not yet commenced
Once printing has begun,
cancellation is strictly not permitted under any circumstances
All cancellation requests must be

How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Phone as listed
on our contact page. Please mention your order details and contact number when raising a cancellation request
so we can assist you quickly.

circumstances, regardless of the reason.

Refund Policy
Cases Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will be issued if:
A printing error occurred on our
part during production
The order could not be processed
or fulfilled for reasons on our end
The item received was incorrect
or different from what was ordered
Cases Not Eligible for a Refund
No refund will be provided if:
An incorrect, unclear, or invalid
document was uploaded by the customer
Wrong or incomplete details were
provided at the time of ordering
The customer changes their mind
after printing has commenced
Minor colour variation occurs due
to natural screen-to-print differences
The order was delayed or lost
after dispatch due to the courier or postal service
The cancellation request was made
after the 2-hour window or after printing began

Replacement Policy
Damaged Item During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement subject to the
following conditions:
The damage must be reported
within 48 hours of receiving the order
An unboxing video is mandatory as
proof of damage — claims without video proof will not be accepted
The replacement will be processed
after verification and confirmation by our team
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with supporting photo or video evidence. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or wrong-item claims.
Claims submitted without video proof cannot be accepted.

How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds will be
credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
