We do not issue, create, modify, or generate any official document. We
exclusively print customer-submitted valid documents into PVC card format for personal convenience and
long-term durability.

Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
The document submitted belongs to
you or you are fully authorised to use it
All information provided is
accurate, correct, and complete
The uploaded document is clear,
legible, and valid
CardCare Solution will not be responsible for:
Spelling errors present in the
original document
Incorrect information submitted by
the customer
Poor print quality resulting from
unclear or low-resolution document uploads

Printing will be carried out exactly as per the document provided by
the customer.

Custom Design Orders
Customers must contact us directly
before placing a custom design order
Design charges and printing
charges are billed separately
Production begins only after the
customer provides final written approval
Once approved, design changes will
attract additional charges
All custom designs created by
CardCare Solution remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing

Order Acceptance &
Rejection
CardCare Solution reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or request additional
verification for any order. Orders may be rejected if:
The document appears tampered,
manipulated, or invalid
Required information is incomplete
or missing
Suspicious or potentially
fraudulent activity is detected
Payment has not been successfully
completed

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian
Rupees (₹)
Full payment must be made before
order processing begins
Orders will not be processed
without successful payment confirmation
Additional charges may apply for
custom design work, urgent processing, or bulk orders
CardCare Solution reserves the
right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice

Order Processing & Printing
Standard processing time is
1–2 working days after successful payment and document verification
Processing may take 3–4
working days during public holidays, Sundays, or in the event of a technical issue

NO CANCELLATION AFTER PRINTING
Once printing has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled under any
circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via India Post
or Delhivery based on customer preference
For alternative courier requests,
contact us directly prior to placing the order
Delivery is currently available
across West Bengal
Customers must provide accurate
and complete shipping details
CardCare Solution will not be held responsible for:
Delays caused by the postal or
courier service
Non-delivery or loss due to an
incorrect address provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts due to
recipient unavailability

RISK TRANSFER
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed
over to the courier. Any complaint regarding delay, loss, or non-delivery must be raised directly with the
respective courier service using the provided tracking number.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2
hours of placement, provided printing has not yet begun
Once printing has started,
cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances
All cancellation requests must be
submitted via our official contact details listed on the website

Refund & Replacement Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
A printing error occurred on our
part
The order could not be processed
or fulfilled
No refund will be provided if:
An incorrect or invalid document
was uploaded by the customer
Wrong details were provided at the
time of ordering
The customer changes their mind
after printing has begun
Minor colour variation occurs due
to screen-to-print differences

DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
Report within 48 hours of receiving the order. An unboxing video is
mandatory as proof. Replacement arranged after verification. Approved refunds processed within 5–7
working days.

Acceptable Use of Website
By using our website, you agree not to:
Use the website for any illegal
or unauthorised purpose
Upload false, forged, or
fraudulent documents
Attempt to hack, disrupt, damage,
or misuse the website or its services

Customer information and submitted documents are used strictly for the purposes
of order processing, printing, and shipping. We do not sell or share customer data with any third party,
except where necessary for payment processing and courier services.

Limitation of Liability
CardCare Solution shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential
damages arising from the use of our services
Delays, losses, or damages caused
by courier or postal services after dispatch
Any misuse of printed PVC cards
by any authority or third party

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in
accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
